We provide quality care for mothers during the final stages of pregnancy with birthing, monitoring mothers' vital signs and becoming acute in signs of symptoms of possible complications. Our professionalism, punctuality, attendance, teamwork, and empathy are at the core of how we represent Labor & Delivery care and care for our patients, together, we positively impact the lives of all our patients and their families.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nIn this critical role you will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n

• Education : Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.\n
• Licensure : Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.\n
• Certification : BLS (AHA / ARC). ACLS & Neonatal resuscitation required within 6 months of hire. C-EFM certification within two years of hire.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n
• Experience : Previous Maternal Child Health experience preferred.\n\nWork Schedule : Part time – 24 hours – 12 Hour Nights, Every other Weekend, Holiday.\n\nPay Range : $41.27 – 67.06\n\nPay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
