Position Summary :
The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all technology systems within our 14 Domino’s Pizza store locations, as well as the franchise office. This includes POS (Point of Sale) systems, store networks, security systems, and communication devices. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to provide both onsite and remote support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide onsite & remote support for Domino’s PULSE POS systems, peripherals, and related software
- Troubleshoot and repair network, internet, and hardware issues promptly
- Install new hardware including computers, phones, credit card machines, and other store equipment
- Perform updates, patches, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain and monitor security systems (cameras, DVRs, alarms)
- Run new Cat-5 / Cat-6 network cables when needed
- Ensure PCI compliance and security protocols are met
- Train store managers / staff on basic troubleshooting
- Work closely with corporate IT for escalations and compliance updates
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years’ IT support experience (multi-unit retail or restaurant preferred)Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware repairValid driver’s license & reliable transportation (frequent travel required)Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours (including some nights / weekends)Preferred Qualifications :
