Job descriptionDrive bold sales strategies for construction equipment / materials. Mentor and lead a dynamic team of nearly 10. Grow and manage key accounts for revenue wins. Proven sales leadership in construction (equipment / materials preferred). Experience managing large accounts and driving revenue. Passion for team-building and results. A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the construction equipment or materials industry. Proven track record of driving revenue and managing large accounts. Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing teams. Proficiency in sales management systems and tools. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Passion for achieving results and fostering team collaboration.
