Personal Lines Account Manager (Jacksonville, FL)

Location : Jacksonville, FL (In-Office | Full-Time)

Salary : $55,000 annually

Start Date : November 3, 2025

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Jacksonville office. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, overseeing renewals, processing policy changes, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

Respond to client service requests including policy renewals, coverage changes, and general inquiries.

Review client policies and recommend appropriate coverage options based on individual needs.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved protection through detailed account reviews.

Provide re-quoting and remarketing services for all personal lines insurance products.

Collaborate with producers and team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

Maintain accurate records and documentation within the agency management system (AMS360).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.

Active Florida 220 or 2044 insurance license required.

Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred but not required.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
