Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : September 22, 2025

End Date : December 22, 2025

Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1470 - $1570 per week

Unit : Emergency Department (19 beds + 4-bed psych pod)

Patient Ratio : 4 : 1

Documentation System : Meditech

Dress Code : Navy scrubs

ER Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state (Registered Nurse jobs in Tennessee)

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Current certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI

Strong clinical skills in sepsis and stroke care

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to float to psych pod or other Parkridge system Emergency Departments as needed

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Meditech EMR

Respond to medical emergencies and perform advanced nursing procedures

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and unit guidelines

Educate and support patients and families throughout the care process
