Job Title- IFS 7 Application Specialist

Location 100% Remote- USA

Contract 1+ year

• IFS Applications Experience : 7+ years of strong hands-on experience with IFS ERP - IFS 7 or later versions is essential.
• Troubleshooting : Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the IFS system.
• Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users and technical teams.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• ITIL Processes : Understanding of ITIL processes related to Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management and Problem Management.
• Database Concepts Knowledge of database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server), Knowledge of database concepts and the ability to assist users with data extraction.
• Business Acumen : Understanding of how the IFS system supports business operations. Business Expertise in Manufacturing Processes such as Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, Shop Floor Reporting, Material and Resource Planning and experience with specific IFS modules like Finance or Supply Chain

Desirable Skills : Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and data migration and experience in IFS Cloud.
