We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help us manage the pre-production, onsite execution, and client interaction of our service delivery.

Bonus Skills :

While this job will require traveling domestically about 25% of the time, this position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Relocation assistance will be offered should the candidate not already reside in this location. Job Description : Senior Project Manager
Manages assigned client projects from client onboarding through final billing. Skill level : can oversee any level of project for LEMG.
Responsibilities : Pre-Production
Review estimate and proposal prepared by Sales to confirm understanding of client's goal and what was sold.Work alongside Sales on quote creation for new business opportunities with more complex scope of work.Communicate with Client through emails, calls, site visits, etc to achieve client's goal and offer solutions for any issues that arise.Maintain internal budget and document any known expenses for Finance planning purposes.Secure cross rentals as needed and communicate logistics plans to Operations.Prepare pullsheet to accompany agreed upon quote and provide to Warehouse in timely manner.Communicate with Crew leading up to show to prepare them for the anticipated schedule, any associated travel, and onsite expectations.Onsite Management
Serve as the lead point of contact between LEMG and client.Oversee Crew including labor for load-in and load out.Ensure smooth delivery of agreed upon services while troubleshooting any issues that occur onsite.Maintain projected expenses and communicate any potential change orders to the Client.Perform the duties of AV Technician in addition to responsibilities above when needed.Post Event
Reconcile all onsite changes and communicate any change orders to Sales.Finalize internal budget with all known expenses and notify Finance that the project can be closed.
