Convenient Care Opportunity - Western Suburbs of Chicago

Rush Copley Medical Center,  in Aurora, Illinois, part of the  Rush University System for Health  network of hospitals, invites applications for the position of  BC / BE Family Medicine Physician  at their  Convenient Care  location in Aurora.  The Convenient Care  serves walk-in patients with minor illnesses and acute injuries, performs school and sports physicals and provides immunizations. On site diagnostic services include Clia waived lab testing, X-ray and CT.

Position requires 120-130 hours per month, comprised of 12-hour weekday shifts and 9-hour weekend day shifts, which typically includes only three weekend days per month. Candidate must possess strong clinical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range : $265,000 - $345,000
