Responsibilities :

• Lead the estimating process - Review project plans, specs, and bid instructions to define scope, align with customers, and develop accurate estimates.
• Dig deep into the details - Visit sites to identify challenges and opportunities such as accessibility, soil conditions, and demolition needs.
• Leverage technology & expertise - Use AgTek for precise take-offs, volume calculations, and quantity tracking, and Heavy Bid to build detailed, accurate, and competitive cost estimates.
• Build strong partnerships - Collaborate with subcontractors to define clear scopes, close pricing gaps, and evaluate bids fairly.
• Drive smart decision-making - Research materials, methods, equipment, and labor requirements to ensure efficiency, safety, and value.
• Own the proposal process - Develop detailed bid proposals with inclusions, exclusions, and qualifications, and present them confidently to clients.
• Stay connected to clients - Follow up proactively, answer questions, negotiate, and strengthen relationships after proposals are submitted.
• Support project success - Partner with leadership in contract negotiations, budgets, schedules, and change orders to keep projects on track and profitable.
