Job Description

Seeking compassionate clinicians for a private treatment program offering a 17-week Intensive Outpatient Program for Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse, and Co-Occurring disorders.

We provide individualized, trauma-informed care in a warm, safe environment, focusing on helping clients heal and grow.

Benefits include free clinical supervision, an annual salary of $60,000-$70,000, insurance stipends, paid time off, a supportive team, manageable caseloads, and flexible schedules.

Requirements :

• NM therapy, counselor, social work, or substance abuse license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC, LADAC, LMSW, LISW, LMHC)
• Experience treating trauma, mental health, and dual diagnosis clients
• Experience in group and individual therapy
• At least one year post-graduate experience
• Knowledge of clinical documentation procedures

Responsibilities :

We utilize a trauma-informed, integrative treatment approach incorporating cognitive behavioral, experiential, motivational interviewing, expressive arts, and body-centered therapies. The position can be full-time, part-time, or contract, with work in person.
