Commercial Construction Superintendent

The Commercial Construction Superintendent will :

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors for efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for effective project execution.
• Monitor and manage site logistics, including equipment and material delivery.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
• Communicate progress and updates regularly to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and project milestones.
