Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our Internal Platform.

You will also contribute to other initiatives across the company working on applications built with Ruby on Rails Hotwire Turbo JavaScript React PostgreSQL and Heroku. This is a hands-on full-stack role. You will own features end-to-end from database design to user experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Design build and maintain full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails Hotwire Turbo and JavaScript (including React where applicable).
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define design and ship new features across multiple projects.
• Develop clean maintainable and well-tested code using RSpec and follow Rails conventions.
• Manage database schema design data migrations and PostgreSQL query optimization.
• Deploy monitor and scale applications on Heroku and related cloud infrastructure.
• Optimize performance and reliability across both frontend interactions and backend logic.
• Participate in code reviews architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
• Contribute to team processes documentation and technical standards.

The base salary range for this full-time position is base bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
