About the Firm : Davis & Ferber is a full-service law firm with 15 attorneys based on Long Island. The Labor Department serves as General Counsel to more than 80 unions. With extensive experience in labor relations, our team handles a wide range of union matters, including contract negotiations, grievance arbitrations, disciplinary hearings, and regulatory proceedings.

Position Overview : We seek an attorney to assist in our representation of labor unions. Based on skills and experience, the attorney will serve as the primary liaison between the firm and union executive boards, respond to critical incidents to represent members, attend union meetings, advise on contract violations, litigate disciplinary hearings, and other related matters. The ideal candidate has a background in law enforcement or experience working in a District Attorney's office. Labor law experience is a plus but not required.
