We're hiring a Director of Tennis, Soccer & Golf to lead StubHub's Direct Issuance partnerships across global soccer clubs, tennis tournaments, and golf tours. This role focuses on developing direct inventory partnerships with professional teams, leagues, and event organizers spanning iconic clubs, international tournaments, and emerging properties in each sport.

You'll manage the full partnership lifecycle : identifying targets, building relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. This is a relationship-first role requiring frequent travel to matches, tournaments, and events across the U.S. and internationally. You will report to the Head of Sports Partnerships and play a critical role in scaling StubHub's influence and inventory access across three of the world's most global and prestigious sports.

Location : Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA

What You'll Do :

• Lead business development and partnership efforts across professional soccer clubs / leagues, major tennis tournaments, and leading golf tours.
• Own the full deal cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives at clubs, governing bodies, event organizers, and rights holders.
• Represent StubHub at matches, tournaments, and industry events to drive growth and strengthen market position.
• Collaborate with internal teams across legal, marketing, operations, and product to activate and scale partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends, federation / league policies, and partner priorities to adapt strategies in real time.
• Track and report on pipeline health, partner performance, and revenue impact.

Salary Range : $200,000 - $250,000 USD
