Human Resources Manager

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to build and lead their HR function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Build and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems from scratch

Lead full cycle recruiting and manage onboarding and offboarding processes

Develop and maintain a strong company culture and handle employee relations

Required Qualifications

Experience scaling a company or building HR from scratch, with 0-1 experience

Familiarity with startup compensation structures

Experience with modern HR tools and AI tools

5 plus years of experience in HR

Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
