Our client is looking for a dedicated Program Director to join their team in Chicago, Illinois. This role is essential in delivering financial education and programs, facilitating workshops, and providing direct support to students and families. The position also involves coordinating with community partners, managing events, and ensuring seamless program operations.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate engaging workshops focused on financial literacy.
• Provide personalized support to clients by addressing financial inquiries, assisting with forms, and guiding them toward appropriate resources.
• Schedule and organize workshops and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with community partners to align on program details, expectations, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and program data, supporting reporting efforts and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and update program materials, presentations, and handouts for both virtual and in-person events.
• Represent the organization at outreach events, partner meetings, and community initiatives to foster strong relationships.
• Support tax site operations during tax season by coordinating workflows and assisting clients with document verification.
• Respond to client inquiries in the off-season, routing questions and resolving issues as needed.
• Assist with program administration tasks, including tracking participant information and preparing dashboards for stakeholders.
