ELEETE Real Estate is looking for a highly organized, service-oriented Office Manager to support our Portland and Lake Oswego offices. If you love creating order, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Keep both offices running smoothly — organized, stocked, and ready for businessManage phones, mail, deliveries, and office accessCoordinate vendors, facilities, maintenance, and service appointmentsSupport agents with administrative needs, forms, and office systemsAssist with onboarding logistics and access to company platformsTroubleshoot basic tech issues and coordinate with IT when neededMaintain office calendars and set up rooms for meetings and trainingsSplit your week between our Portland and Lake Oswego officesWhat Makes You a Great Fit
