Litigation Attorney II (Stage 2)

Position Overview

We are seeking a newly barred Litigation Attorney II to join our growing legal team. This attorney will play a critical role in managing the early to mid-stages of litigation, with a strong focus on arbitration disputes, discovery, and meet-and-confer processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to make a difference in the fight for workplace justice.

Key Responsibilities

• Arbitration Disputes

Handle early arbitration disputes, including drafting briefs and participating in hearings.

Draft, review, and approve initial discovery requests and responses.

Lead and monitor meet-and-confer discussions with opposing counsel.

Prepare and argue motions to compel when disputes cannot be resolved informally.

Partner with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases forward.
