A well-established pediatric dental practice in the Forest Hill area of Richmond, VA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Dentist to join its growing team. This multi-specialty environment provides a warm and welcoming setting tailored specifically for children and families, with a strong reputation for excellence in pediatric oral care.

About the Position

Full-time schedule : 4 days / week (TuesdayFriday or MondayWednesday / Friday preferred)

Full-scope pediatric dentistry, including exams, restorative care, pulpotomies, sedation, and care for special needs patients

Patient-first focus with education and preventive care central to the mission

Collaborative clinical team with strong referral flow

Office accepts most insurance plans and offers an in-house discount program for uninsured families

Compensation & Benefits

Daily minimum guarantee with transition to 3235% of adjusted production

Option to work as a W-2 with full benefits or as a 1099 contractor
