• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses with accuracy and within designated time frames.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in loading and unloading items from delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to scheduled times to optimize delivery performance.
• Prepare necessary reports and documentation in relation to deliveries.
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment, including trucks and forklifts, under varying weather and traffic conditions.
