Continuous Improvement Leader

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader & Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Value Stream Mapping workshops to analyze and optimize workflows

Manage improvement projects by translating process designs into actionable plans and tracking KPIs

Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field

5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence roles

Demonstrated experience facilitating Value Stream Mapping activities

Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver initiatives from concept to execution

Proficiency in Lean and / or Six Sigma methodologies
