Overview

2 Hour Learning is deploying a validated K–12 model across the United States. Over the coming six months, we will bring 25–30 campuses online, each demanding new construction, significant facility improvements, and resilient operational infrastructure. This executive position is full execution of a national facilities function with decision‑making authority and capital support. You will manage an SVP, VPs, analysts and external partners, with budget and hiring authority.

What You Will Be Doing

• Take ownership of the national facilities function : executing new construction, significant upgrades, and sustainable operational systems across 25–30 campuses.
• Build and manage a team (SVP + VPs + supporting staff), with complete P&L accountability for the facilities vertical.
• Establish and enforce enterprise‑wide standards for procurement, security, furniture, networking, and signage.
• Design and deploy AI‑powered frameworks and SLAs that reduce friction and accelerate each expansion cycle.
• Report directly to the founder and collaborate with legal, finance and regulatory counterparts to meet non‑negotiable launch timelines.

Working With Us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $400 USD / hour, which equates to $800,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
