A well-established Georgia-based general contractor with a strong portfolio of public and private projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple commercial and institutional construction projects across the Southeast. This role is critical to delivering high-quality work safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining strong client and design team relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and buyout during preconstructionOversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with plans, specifications, and client expectationsManage subcontractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate project logisticsMonitor job costs, track progress, and forecast financial performance to ensure profitabilityConduct regular site visits to support the superintendent, monitor quality, and resolve issuesFacilitate project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and internal staffEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesDeliver accurate and timely reporting to company leadership and ownership teamsOversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentationQualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferredEquivalent field experience will also be consideredExperience :
2+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projectsProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetFamiliarity with public-sector procurement processes and GMP contracts a plusExperience in ground-up construction and renovation, including MEP coordinationTechnical Competencies :
Proficiency with project management software (Procore experience strongly preferred)Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawingsStrong knowledge of scheduling software and cost management toolsOther Qualifications :
Ability to travel to project sites across Georgia and the Southeast as neededProfessional appearance and demeanor, representing the company to clients and partnersBenefits
