HVAC Project Manager for Commercial Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing commercial HVAC projects from start to finish, with extensive experience in office buildouts, car dealerships, multi-family developments, restaurants, and similar commercial applications.

Responsibilities :

Oversee all phases of commercial HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure project goals and specifications are met.

Review plans, specifications, and submittals while ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.

Handle change orders, project documentation, and progress reporting.

Ensure job site safety and quality control at all times.

Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in commercial HVAC project management.

Strong background in office buildouts, car dealerships, multi-family, restaurants, and related commercial projects.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
