- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Prepare accurate estimates for auto repairs and services
- Write detailed service orders and communicate repairs to technicians
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Experience :
Previous experience in a service management role preferredStrong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance proceduresProficient in auto estimating and service writingExcellent customer service skillsAbility to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other team membersMechanical knowledge and understanding of various vehicle systemsExperience with oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance tasksNote : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
