Assistant Service Manager

Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell additional services and products to customers
• Prepare accurate estimates for auto repairs and services
• Write detailed service orders and communicate repairs to technicians
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Experience :

Previous experience in a service management role preferred

Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures

Proficient in auto estimating and service writing

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other team members

Mechanical knowledge and understanding of various vehicle systems

Experience with oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance tasks

Pay : $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
