Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeSun05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and client guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of all activities within the location.
  • Assist with access control procedures and visitor management, verifying identification as required by site policies.
  • Report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel and complete documentation as required.
  • Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations and / or providing directions to emergency personnel as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must meet hospital requirements for vaccination and morgue access.
  • Must be able to assist with restraining individuals in a hospital setting.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
