What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Screen individuals entering the location to verify access credentials and / or badges in accordance with site guidelines.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and others while maintaining a visible presence at assigned screening areas.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting concerns to the appropriate authorities and / or Allied Universal management.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of screening activities and incidents in line with site requirements.

Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas by monitoring entry and exit points.

Support regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, adapting to varying working environments and conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
