Missouri Licensed Release Train Engineer

A company is looking for a SAFe Release Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate plans and activities with senior leaders across the organization

Drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption and provide coaching to enhance software engineering quality and efficiency

Facilitate major Agile events, manage project-related issues, and ensure continuous improvement

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in software engineering and Agile coaching

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field

SAFe experience and relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe RTE, CSM, CSP)

Experience in program and stakeholder management

Healthcare experience is a plus
