Join Our Team at Alpha Dental Franklin – Dental Assistant Wanted!

What You’ll Do

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain clinical standards
Take digital X-rays and impressions (experience preferred)
Review medical histories and help educate patients on oral health
Support front-office flow when needed — we’re a team that helps each other
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages

Who You Are

Experienced in a dental setting (preferred), with strong knowledge of chairside assisting

Friendly, calm under pressure, and truly patient-oriented

Reliable, detail-driven, and committed to high-quality standards

A team player who values collaboration and professionalism

Radiology certification is a plus
