A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company programs and policies
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
