Job descriptionOwn the full lifecycle of web development from design through implementation Develop user-centric web applications using modern frameworks Partner with product and design teams to deliver intuitive experiences Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality testing and releases Optimize website performance and improve Core Web Vitals Ensure accessibility compliance and inclusive design Champion best practices in front-end development and UI / UX standards Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements 5–6 years of professional web development experience Strong expertise with ReactJS, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks Hands-on experience with Next.js and CMS-driven websites Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design Experience optimizing website performance and usability Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility Experience ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 preferred) Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Experience in regulated or enterprise environments preferred
