JOB DESCRIPTION\n\nSummary of Performance Expectations\n\nAccountable for the coordination and provision of professional nursing care appropriate to the age of the patient using the nursing process. Collaborates with other health care professionals and agencies to meet the needs of our customers. Provides input into the performance appraisal process for each assigned team member on an on-going basis. • Graduate of accredited nursing program.\n
• Current NC RN license or licensure from Nursing Compact State.\n
• BCLS certification. If the BCLS certification is not from the American Heart Association (AHA), an AHA certification is required within three months of employment date.\n\nPreferred : \n\nBSN, specialty certification in area of practice.\n\nWork Experience : \n\nRequired : \n\nNo previous experience required.
