• Work in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) with 5 ORs including 3 open ORs and 2 hybrid rooms
• 1 : 1 patient ratio providing individualized care
• Participate in complex cardiovascular procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, aortic replacements, vascular procedures, and heart transplants
• May float to Spine OR as needed
• Day shift staffed with RN, CST, AT, and PCT personnel
• Night shift coverage provided through on-call system
• 45-minute response time protocol for on-call shifts (measured from phone call to clocking into unit)
• Weekends and nights covered by call shifts
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS
• RN license required; CNOR certification preferred
• Must fit HCA culture and work environment
• Scrubs provided for OR staff
• Work with Meditech EMR system
