Lead Product Manager

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager - TPA.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for TPA products and plan designs

Lead product discovery and validation through market research and data-driven insights

Oversee product launches and monitor performance for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in TPA or benefits administration

Expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle and agile product delivery

Advanced skills in market analysis and business case development

Fluency in TPA operations, including enrollment and claims processing

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; MBA preferred
