Chief Medical Officer (CMO) - ELFHCC

Location : Pittsburgh, PA Employment Type : Full-Time Compensation : Salary commensurate with experience & education

Summary

Join ELFHCC's Executive Leadership Team as Chief Medical Officer and shape the future of community healthcare. This key clinical executive drives the highest standards of patient care, fosters a collaborative provider culture, and leads innovative quality improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Required :

MD / DO with valid licensure

  • 8+ years of medical practice experience
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Preferred :

    • Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration

    Key Responsibilities

  • Align clinical teams through strategic communication and mentorship
  • Lead the development of care protocols and quality standards
  • Oversee compliance with FQHC regulations and federal / state mandates
  • Identify growth opportunities and improve care delivery models
  • Represent ELFHCC externally and foster community relationships
  • Guide internal quality initiatives to boost patient outcomes
  • Ensure seamless coordination across departments and teams
  • Serve as a liaison between administration and clinical staff
