JOB SUMMARY : The Director, Biological Resources ensures biology projects are profitable, efficient, and exceed client expectations. This role collaborates with management across regions to maintain project quality and consistency, while also developing programs to recruit, train, and mentor both field and desk-based biologists.

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Wildlife Biology, Ecology, or related field or closely related area of specializationMinimum 15 years relevant experienceMinimum 4 years leading and supervising staffMinimum 1 year performing consulting / project-based workCertified wildlife ecologist or certified ecologistKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :
