A Brief Overview

The Dispatcher serves as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and local market teams to schedule, route, and track work orders. The Dispatcher supports all district retail locations.

What You Will Do

1. Teamwork :

• Promote a positive work environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving to support District / Store Partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Store Manager, Assistant Manager and District Manager to deliver business goals.

Education Qualifications

High School GED or equivalent Required

Experience Qualifications

1-3 years customer service and Dispatch experience Preferred

Skills and Abilities

Regular and reliable attendance. Physical requirements include, but not limited to, the following : Ability to work at a physical retail location within the region. Ability to maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company dress code policies.
