The successful applicant must have the following qualifications : Current Registered Nursing license in good standing-must be maintained after hire. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and / or Masters in Nursing. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. At least 2 years experience in Nursing Administrative duties. Current CPR Certification or ability to become certified prior to working in a patient care environment. Must have valid Montana State drivers license. Experience with the administration and management of competencies. Preferred : Masters degree in nursing and aminimum of five years direct relevant clinical work experience preferred. Two years experience in a supervisory

or management role of staff in a healthcare environment and

working in an outpatient setting, preferably in a community healthcare or family practice environment. Prior experience with accreditation. Prior experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model of care delivery. Prior experience with establishing written policies & procedures. All applicants must submit a
