Private not for profit 501(c)(3) organization with a volunteer Board of Directors. Position Overview :

The Human Resource Coordinator (Manager) will support the organization's HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and promoting a workplace culture rooted in equity, accessibility, and respect. This role will manage day-to-day HR operations including HR administration, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, employee development and training.
