Position Summary
Blondies Salon & Spa is seeking a licensed and experienced Massage Therapist to join our spa team. In this role, you will deliver customized, high-quality massage services designed to support guest wellness, relaxation, and recovery. The ideal candidate is passionate about the wellness industry, holds an active Indiana license or certification, and is committed to providing an exceptional guest experience. You will thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment focused on continued education, professional growth, and elevated service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Conduct thorough consultations using Blondies standardized consultation frameworkCreate personalized treatment plans based on client needs and preferencesEducate guests on products and services to support ongoing wellnessDocument guest preferences, products used, and recommended follow-up treatmentsEncourage return visits through personalized recommendations and follow-up communicationWith guest permission, capture service photos for marketing and engagementParticipate in guest relationship-building initiatives such as thank-you notes, check-in calls, and seasonal giftsUse internal systems and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality guest serviceGoal Setting & Performance Tracking
Attend monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with spa leadershipSubmit a coaching reflection form one week prior to each sessionTrack daily service performance and align with team-wide goalsContinued Education & Growth
Attend all paid education sessions provided by BlondiesProactively seek additional educational opportunities to refine technique and expand servicesUse downtime to review product and ingredient knowledgeParticipate in team-based learning and collaborative professional developmentCleanliness & Sanitation
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation at all timesRestock all supplies needed for services and transport laundry to designated areas dailyEnsure all common areas remain neat, professional, and guest-readyMarketing & Business Development
Maintain a professional social media presence showcasing your services and specialtyShare relevant photos and content a minimum of twice per weekParticipate in business-building efforts, marketing campaigns, and salon / spa eventsCompensation & Benefits

Minimum Qualifications
Current Indiana Massage Therapy License or CertificationStrong communication skills and client rapportAbility to recommend services and home care products with confidenceExcellent time management and reliabilityCommitment to continued growth, collaboration, and professional conductLevel System & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Blondies operates on a structured level system with quarterly opportunities to level up based on performance. Quarterly reviews assess individual responsibilities, performance goals, and professional development.
