HVAC Foreman

As an HVAC Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and foreman- primarily new residential construction.

Responsibilities :

• Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codes
• Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation and operations of HVAC projects
• Take necessary corrective action to fix these problems
• Make decisions on the job site without interruption to the business or work and job quality
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Build and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines
• Read blueprints
• Complete quality control sheets
