Description
Support a team made up of frontline service, member reports, content moderation, escalations, quality assurance, fraud, and payments.
Payments will have dedicated reps, but the rest of the support staff will cover the other functions listed above.
This is not a traditional call center environment, it's very tech-driven and requires a high level of analytical thinking and using technology based tools.
Will work through phone, chat, email, ticketing system, and heavily leverage AI tools.
Moderation : monitor and moderate user-generated content and ensure it aligns with guidelines and standards
Fraud Prevention : detect and report potentially fraudulent activity
Ticketing & Cases : Respond to customer tickets & document action taken through the system

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.00 / hr.
