We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. $85,000+ at plan
Responsibilities :
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
- Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Engage inbound leads with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Build trust and guide customers through their shed-buying experience
- Communicate clearly from the first call to final delivery
- Take ownership of every sale without excuses
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics weekly and monthly
- Collaborate with teammates and celebrate wins together

Qualifications :
Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skillsPossess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by carHigh school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferredExperience using CRM software as part of the sales process2+ years of experience in sales or a similar roleTwo years of sales experience preferred (we’ll train the right person with grit and drive)Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and writtenOrganized, detail-oriented, and motivated to crush goalsComfortable using CRM tools and tracking performance metricsMust have a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportationHigh school diploma or GED required; college degree a plusAbout Company
