What You'll Do

Coach clients in job readiness, professional skills, and workplace success.

Assist with job placement, training, and long-term employment support.

Build partnerships with employers and community agencies.

Develop individualized employment plans and track outcomes in Therap.

Travel daily using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred).

1+ year of experience in employment services, coaching, or human services (preferred).

Valid license (Class E MO or Class C KS), auto insurance, clean driving record, and personal vehicle (required).

Excellent communication, coaching, and adaptability skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in changing community environments.

The Role at a Glance

Pay : $19 / hr + mileage reimbursement + differential pay for weekend shift

Work Setting : Primarily community-based locations change regularly

Schedule : Full-time or part-time with flexibility based on client and employer schedules

Training : Paid onboarding and continued professional development (required)
