Job Description :

The team develops all product documentation and support collaterals for DSG server products. CW Tech Writers and Illustrators collaborate with product specialists to create all defined product documents. They also provide technical publication services to the broader DSG organization.

The selected candidate will work alongside product specialists to develop Product Specifications, Installation and Service Manuals, Product Catalogs, Marketing Brochures, and other collaterals. Additionally, they will perform tasks such as proofreading, spell checking, editing, formatting, and document reviews to ensure compliance with Client's legal and marketing standards.

While some technical knowledge of Client server products is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The team values tech writers for their writing skills and ability to produce clear, well-read documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Candidates will be asked to provide writing samples during the interview process.

The position starts as remote. Once the team returns to the office, being local is mandatory to work onsite and collaborate directly with the team.
