You will facilitate access to care and provide nursing care to patients including medication administration, prevention and health-risk behavior screening, immunizations, patient education / engagement, interventions for unhealthy lifestyles / habits, and assistance with activities of daily living.
To qualify for this role, you must have possession of a valid, active license from the State of California to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
