We are seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality medical and psychiatric care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Job Summary : Perform physical examinations; prescribe medications and medical services for patients of Pavillon treatment programs in collaboration with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary team. Assist Medical Director with psychiatric assessments and psychiatric needs of patients as directed.

Qualifications :

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in North Carolina (required).
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply - prefer at least 1 year of experience (including clinical training) in psychiatric and / or substance use treatment settings.
• Strong interest in behavioral health, addiction medicine, and integrated care.
