A company is looking for a Bilingual New Patient Scheduling Specialist in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential patients to secure appointments

Follow up with new and warm leads through various communication methods to maximize appointment scheduling

Maintain accurate records of leads and manage multiple practice pipelines effectively

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling or sales role, preferably in healthcare

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and leads

Self-motivated with the ability to follow a structured daily workflow

Proficient in using CRM systems and communication tools
