What You’ll Do

Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and social abilities to tailor personalized care plans

Teach adaptive techniques for daily living, mobility, and home safety

Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Recommend and train on adaptive equipment

Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) as needed

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage your caseload

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

Wisconsin Occupational Therapist License

BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

Valid Driver’s License

3+ years of experience in acute hospital, home health, or similar settings

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
