The RN Director Nursing Operations provides leadership to cost centers within the Nursing Departments. The specific area of leadership focus is on the discharge suite. Ownership of special projects includes Timpani, Tele Tracking, Nate, & care team assignments. The Director of Nursing Operations also works closely with Nursing Directors to focus on patient flow, geometric length of stay, and multidisciplinary rounding.

What qualifications you will need :

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Master's Degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in acute care nursing required
• Experience in Meditech and other EHR systems required; experience in implementation of technology preferred
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and / or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
